DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE MINUTES
Vacaville, California
City Hall Conference Room    September 25, 1986

CALL TO ORDER:
    The special meeting of the Vacaville Design Review Committee was called to order at 4:15 by Chairman Whalen.

MEMBERS PRESENT:    Chairman Whalen, Committee Members Clark, Dykwell, Neal, Alternate Member Planning Commission Rasmussen.
MEMBERS ABSENT:    None
ALSO PRESENT:    Scott Sexton, Senior Planner; Maureen Traut, Associate Planner

MINUTES:
    None

COMMUNICATIONS:
    None

MISCELLANEOUS:
    Associate Planner Traut reviewed the upcoming items for future agendas.  She also noted that the City Council interviewed candidates for the vacant Design Review Committee slot, but that a decision had not yet been made.

1.    MASONIC LODGE AND BUSINESS CENTER
    a.    Environmental Assessment (REA-51-86)
    b.    Design Review (CUP-10-86)
    Chairman Whalen noted that the applicant was not present.  Associate Planner Traut indicated that there may be some issues that would need to be addressed by the applicant and his architect.

    Committee Member Clark made a motion to continue the item until October 2. Committee Member Dykwell seconded the motion and it was approved 5-0.
