Telecommunications Platform
NOTICE: The City will be extending the requirement for submitting the Intent to Bid unitil the close of Business May 7, 2012
The City of Vacaville is seeking proposals for the installation of a new voice and Information Technology Infrastructure communications platform that will support their offices. City of Vacaville has retained Communication Strategies, an independent telecommunications-consulting firm, to assist in the design, selection, and project management of this new platform. This RFP, while it appears lengthy, allows vendors to respond quickly and easily inline, and allows the evaluation committee to compare vendors side by side.
Note: The RFP schedule section 1.2.1 states that “5/4/12 - Mandatory Vendor Pre-Bid Teleconference. 10:00 am, 650 Merchant Street, Vacaville, CA 95688.” This should be corrected to read “5-9-12 - Mandatory Vendor Pre-Bid Live Meeting, 10:00 am, 650 Merchant Street, Vacaville, CA 95688.”
