The Community Development Administration, Planning Division, and Building Division offices are located in City Hall at 650 Merchant Street, Vacaville CA 95688.    

Effective April 20, 2009 the Community Development Department lobby is open 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and closed during the Noon lunch hour, Monday through Friday. Planners and Building Staff are available 9 a.m. to Noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

While actually a part of Public Works, Development Engineering is also located within the offices of Community Development to coordinate private development projects.
