	City Code Compliance What We Do The City of Vacaville’s Code Compliance staff respond to complaints regarding Municipal Code violations which affect the safety, quality of life and appearance of the City. We promote Neighborhood Preservation by collaborating with other departments and agencies and working with residents to develop neighborhood based solutions to improve the quality of our community.
