Landlord/Tenant Rights & Responsibilities – Counselors are available to explain rights for tenants and landlords and the remedies available to them should any of these rights be violated.  The emphasis is on how to take advantage of legal rights and feel as secure as possible in doing so. Please note: Counselors are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice.
