Vacaville Community Emergency Response Teams

Together We Prepare
The very first Vacaville Community Emergency Response Training (VCERT) class took place early spring and 24 members graduated on May 20, 2006.
The VCERT program is looking for more volunteers to join and create teams through out the community that will be called into action the next time disaster strikes. For more information on the program look at the VCERT brochure.
This training is free of charge to team members. We are looking for individual or corporate sponsorship to offset the cost of the training. If you would like to donate, please contact Lt. Craig Courtemanche.
If you are interested in becoming involved fill out the Registration Form, send it in and we will notify you via email when the next class dates are scheduled.
2009 Class Schedule COMING SOON!
Classes are held on five consecutive Thursdays from 6-9PM and will conclude the fifth week on a Saturday with an all-day drill and practical skills test. The classes are held at the new Police Department at 660 Merchant Street. If you are interested in attending the next class, please email VCERT@cityofvacaville.com. You may also call our coordinator at (707) 469-4729. Please include your name, email address, postal address and phone number in your email.
