2008 Slurry Seal Work

Published July 31, 2008
The City of Vacaville has commenced the 2008 Slurry Seal Project. The project includes application of slurry seal on residential streets an area bounded by Interstate 80 to the north and west, Elmira to the South, and Nut Tree Road to the east. It also includes an area bounded by Alamo Drive to the North, Interstate 80 to the west, the City limits to the South, and Nut Tree Road to the east. The work begins in July and will take three months to complete.

Affected residents will be notified 72-hours prior to street work. Work will occur between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with the majority of the work completed for that day by 2:00 p.m. to allow for the slurry seal to cure.
